How AVC-AI NeoAvatar protects users, data, and payments. This page is maintained for transparency and for Google Play / App Store policy compliance.

1. Transport and infrastructure
Our service at https://avc-ai.live is served over HTTPS (TLS). Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit.
Mobile apps use the same backend with platform-standard secure networking.
2. Authentication and sessions
Sign-in uses established identity providers (e.g. Google, Apple) where offered, with secure session handling on our servers.
Session cookies are configured appropriately for HTTPS deployments (e.g. secure, SameSite) as described in our privacy materials.
3. Mobile app permissions (Android & iOS)
Permissions are requested only when needed for features you use:
Camera / Photos / Media — to capture or choose images for avatar creation, where the app provides that feature.
Microphone — for voice or video features when enabled in the product.
Notifications — optional; used for account or call-related alerts when you allow them.
You can review or revoke permissions in your device settings at any time.
4. Payments
Google Play and Apple App Store in-app purchases are processed by Google and Apple respectively. We do not receive or store your full card number from those stores.
Web payments, where available, may use a certified payment processor; we do not store full card details on our application servers.
5. Data handling and access
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user data and service integrity.
We do not sell your personal information. Retention and deletion are covered in the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
The app and website may use services such as Firebase (e.g. authentication, analytics, or push messaging) and platform services from Google or Apple, under their respective terms and privacy policies. We configure these services to support the product and to meet our obligations to users.
7. Children
AVC-AI NeoAvatar is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law (including where parental consent is required). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact support@avc-ai.live.
Report a security vulnerability
If you discover a security issue, email support@avc-ai.live with a clear description and, if possible, steps to reproduce. Please avoid public disclosure until we have had a reasonable time to respond.
8. Your responsibility
Keep your device OS and the official app updated; install only from Google Play or the App Store.
Use a strong, unique password where applicable and do not share your account.
